About The Position

Gateway Services provides compassionate pet aftercare services to families and veterinary partners. As an Operations Team Member at Pet Angel in Louisville, Kentucky, you will help ensure every pet entrusted to the company's care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. You will work with a supportive team to complete daily operational tasks. No previous industry experience is required; training is provided.

This is an on-site role at a Gateway Care Center involving hands-on, active work, including standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime required based on business need. Compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains accurately and carefully.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
