About The Position

Gateway Services provides compassionate pet aftercare services to veterinary partners and pet families. The Operations Team Member works at Pet Angel’s Gateway Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky, helping ensure pets entrusted to the company’s care are treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. The role includes operating cremation equipment, carefully processing cremated remains, creating memorial products, and maintaining quality and safety standards. No previous industry experience is required; training is provided.

This is an on-site, full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. Overtime is required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment according to established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains accurately and carefully.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
