About The Position

Absolute International Security is seeking highly professional Operations Supervisors responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property. This position serves as a key operational leader responsible for overseeing field operations, supporting client relationships, developing personnel, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional security services across multiple accounts. Requirements

  • Must be at least 26 years old for driving positions
  • Minimum 5 years of security supervisory, field operations, law enforcement, military, or leadership experience
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and additional client requirements
  • Ability to pass MVR driving requirements for driving positions
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write clear and accurate reports
  • Proficiency with report writing, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
  • Comfortable working outdoors, including during varied weather conditions
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be dependable, committed to ethical conduct, and acts with integrity
  • Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and uniform standards

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations
  • Conduct site inspections, quality assurance audits, and operational assessments
  • Ensure compliance with post orders, company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Respond to operational issues, emergencies, staffing shortages, and client concerns
  • Monitor security personnel performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Maintain operational readiness and ensure proper deployment of personnel
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop supervisors and security officers
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee retention initiatives
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • Promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and a culture of excellence
  • Identify future leaders and support career development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational concerns and service requests
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
  • Conduct client follow-ups and site visits to maintain service quality
  • Assist in resolving complaints and implementing service improvements
  • Prepare incident reports, operational summaries, and performance documentation
  • Review Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist management with scheduling, staffing coordination, and workforce planning
  • Track operational trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Communicate critical updates and field intelligence to executive management
  • Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activity
  • Perform thorough routine patrols of the assigned area
  • Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles
  • Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs
  • Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations
  • Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation
  • Communicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
  • Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times
  • Maintain authorized less-than-lethal equipment in compliance with company standards
  • Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all
  • Ability to drive a company patrol vehicle in a safe and defensive manner for driving positions
  • Follow post orders, site protocols, and all relevant company procedures
