About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouses. You will implement processes to optimize warehouse operations, guide frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and contribute to the overall success of DHL Supply Chain. The role focuses on leadership, operational improvement, safety, performance monitoring, and effective communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role, preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience, preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering inclusion and belonging.

Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide management with reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
