About The Position
As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouses and implement processes to optimize warehouse operations. You will lead frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and contribute to the organization’s operational success. Requirements
- 1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
- 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
- Staff management, workload planning, objective-setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering inclusion and belonging.
- Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and promote heightened safety awareness.
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide management with regular reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Promote open communication and collaboration through regular dialogue among leadership and associates.
