About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations and implementing processes to optimize performance. The role leads frontline associates, promotes a safe and productive workplace, and supports the overall success of the organization. DHL Supply Chain North America operates more than 500 facilities, employs over 50,000 associates, and manages over 150 million square feet of warehouse space. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, coach, guide, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, fostering inclusion and belonging.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide management with regular reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
