About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouses. You will implement processes to optimize warehouse operations, guide frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and contribute to the overall success of DHL Supply Chain. The organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement. The shift is first shift, Monday through Thursday. The national salary range is $62,500–$70,000. For roles in California, the range is $70,304–$82,000; for roles in Washington, it is $80,169–$82,000.

Requirements

1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, while developing a team culture of inclusion and belonging.
Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Promote open communication and collaboration through regular, effective dialogue among leadership and associates.
