About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouses and implement processes to optimize warehouse operations. Requirements

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• LMS experience preferred.
• Blue Yonder experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
• At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, while building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
• Promote open communication and collaboration through regular, effective dialogue among leadership and associates.
