About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of DHL Supply Chain warehouses and implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations. The role leads and develops frontline associates, supports a safe and productive work environment, and contributes to the success of the organization. DHL Supply Chain North America operates more than 500 facilities, has over 50,000 associates, and manages over 150 million square feet of warehouse space. The organization has a business-casual environment focused on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement. This role is scheduled for second shift, Monday through Friday, approximately 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; hours may vary based on business needs. The position reports directly to the Site Operations Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and support a diverse team of frontline associates, while building an inclusive culture of belonging.
Uphold health and safety regulations and foster heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis covering achievements, challenges, and recommendations to improve warehouse operations.
Promote open communication and collaboration through regular, effective dialogue between leadership and associates.
