About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouses. You will guide frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and implement processes to optimize warehouse operations. The role contributes to the success of DHL Supply Chain’s contract logistics operations. DHL Supply Chain North America operates more than 500 facilities, employs over 50,000 associates, and operates across more than 150 million square feet of warehouse space. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role is preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience is preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, while building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster heightened safety awareness.
Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis covering achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Promote open communication and collaboration through regular dialogue among leadership and associates to support transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
