About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities. The role includes implementing processes to optimize operations and leading frontline associates in a safe, productive, and inclusive work environment. The supervisor monitors operational performance, communicates results and recommendations to management, and encourages collaboration between leadership and associates. The listed schedule is Friday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Sunday–Monday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support.
Develop a team culture of inclusion and belonging.
Promote compliance with health and safety regulations and heighten safety awareness.
Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement areas.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Facilitate open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
Implement processes to optimize warehouse operations.
