About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain oversees warehouse operations and implements processes to optimize their efficiency. The role leads and develops frontline associates, promotes a safe and productive work environment, and contributes to the success of the organization. It involves monitoring operational performance, reporting findings to management, and supporting communication and collaboration among leadership and associates. The position is scheduled Friday through Sunday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis of achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Encourage open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
