About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain oversees warehouse operations and implements processes to optimize their efficiency. The role leads and develops frontline associates, supports a safe and productive work environment, and contributes to the success of the organization. It also monitors operational performance and promotes communication and collaboration among leaders and associates. The approximate shift is Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. DHL Supply Chain North America operates more than 500 facilities, employs over 50,000 associates, and manages over 150 million square feet of warehouse space. The organization emphasizes teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement in a business-casual environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role; preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience; preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills; preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, while building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Promote compliance with health and safety regulations and heightened safety awareness.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Promote open communication and collaboration through regular dialogue among leadership and associates.
