About The Position

The Supervisor, Inbound & Outbound Operations oversees onsite inbound and outbound operations at FASHIONPHILE’s DTLA locations, including the Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory teams. The role balances receiving output, communicates with studios and customer service about received items, maintains accurate inventory levels, fulfills customer orders, organizes inventory locations, conducts cycle counts, and upholds inventory accuracy. It also oversees day-to-day inbound and outbound processes, KPIs, manager statistics, timecards, shipping, vendor relationships, and replenishing stock at retail locations.

This full-time, onsite role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible weekend work based on business needs. The stated pay is $80,000, with an annual bonus opportunity aligned to the Supervisor level. Offered compensation may vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, retail operations, or a similar field.
• 3–5 years of experience leading or supervising teams.
• Proficiency with CRM software, ticketing systems, Google Suite, Salesforce, and RingCentral.
• Demonstrated maturity, poise, and sound business judgment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and find creative solutions through effective partnerships.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient use of basic computer software and phone systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and dedication to delivering an elevated experience to clients and employees.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Ability to remain composed and resourceful in high-pressure situations and consistently surpass performance quotas.
• Prior experience operating a handheld device.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience handling high-end luxury goods.
• Prior experience working with Single SKU inventory or knowledge of it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations and the Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory teams at DTLA locations.
• Implement a process to strategically balance receiving output.
• Communicate with studios and customer service about received items.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, organize inventory locations, conduct cycle counts, and uphold overall inventory accuracy.
• Fulfill customer orders and replenish stock at retail locations.
• Oversee day-to-day inbound and outbound processes, including KPIs, manager statistics, timecards, shipping, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics related to service volume, customer retention, and response timeliness, and drive continuous improvement based on data insights.
• Lead, mentor, train, develop, and direct a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Address escalated cases with effective remedies or solutions to support client satisfaction and swift resolution.
• Contribute to efficient processes and procedures and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
