About The Position

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a full-time Supervisor, Inbound & Outbound Operations to oversee onsite inbound and outbound operations at its DTLA locations. The position oversees the Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory teams and is responsible for balancing receiving output, communicating with studios and customer service about received items, maintaining accurate inventory levels, fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory locations, conducting cycle counts, and upholding inventory accuracy. It also oversees day-to-day inbound and outbound processes, including KPIs, manager stats, timecards, shipping, vendor relationships, and replenishing stock at retail locations. The supervisor monitors and analyzes performance metrics, leads and develops a team, handles escalated cases, and contributes to process improvements. This is an onsite role scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible weekend work based on business needs. The stated pay is $80,000, with an annual bonus opportunity aligned to the Supervisor level. Compensation may vary based on location and candidate qualifications and experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse, retail operations, or similar fields.
3–5 years of experience leading or supervising teams.
Proficiency in CRM software, ticketing systems, Google Suite, Salesforce, and RingCentral.
Demonstrated maturity, poise, and sound business judgment.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and finding creative solutions through effective partnerships to achieve business outcomes.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Proficiency with basic computer software and phone systems.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Solution-oriented mindset and dedication to delivering an elevated experience to clients and employees.
Strong coaching and leadership abilities, including motivating and developing employees.
Ability to remain composed and resourceful in high-pressure situations and consistently surpass performance quotas.
Availability for an onsite Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with possible weekends based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience operating a handheld device.
Prior experience handling high-end luxury goods.
Prior experience working with single-SKU inventory or knowledge of single-SKU inventory.

Responsibilities

Implement a process to strategically balance receiving output.
Communicate with studios and customer service regarding received items.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, organize inventory locations, conduct cycle counts, and uphold overall inventory accuracy.
Fulfill customer orders and replenish stock at retail locations.
Oversee day-to-day inbound and outbound processes, including KPIs, manager stats, timecards, shipping, and vendor relationships.
Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics related to service volume, customer retention, and response timeliness, and drive continuous improvement based on data insights.
Lead, mentor, train, develop, and direct a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Respond to escalated cases with remedies or solutions to support client satisfaction and swift issue resolution.
Contribute to developing efficient processes and procedures and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
