About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor for its operations team. This production-based role processes cash deposits for commercial and internal customers in a secure environment. It is strictly non-customer-facing and focuses on back-end processing. The position requires consistent focus, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures, security protocols, and internal controls. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to repeatedly move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts.
Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment.
Complete transactions in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and internal controls.
