About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor to join its operations team. This production-based role accurately processes cash deposits for commercial and internal customers and is strictly non-customer-facing, focusing on back-end processing in a secure cash-handling environment. The position requires consistent attention to accuracy, security, and established procedures while processing large volumes of currency. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to repeatedly move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts.
Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment.
Complete transactions in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
Adhere strictly to security protocols and internal controls.
