About The Position
U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor to join its operations team. This production-based role processes cash deposits for commercial and internal customers and is strictly non-customer-facing. The work takes place in a secure cash-handling environment and requires consistent focus, accuracy, and adherence to established processes. The role may involve repetitive tasks and handling large volumes of cash. The position offers a structured environment with clear expectations and performance goals, and supports business and internal partners through accurate, efficient operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to repeatedly move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts.
- Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment.
- Complete transactions in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to security protocols and internal controls.
- Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
