About The Position
U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor for a production-based operations role. The position processes cash deposits for commercial and internal customers in a secure, non-customer-facing environment. The work involves counting, sorting, verifying, and balancing large volumes of currency while following established procedures, compliance standards, security protocols, and internal controls. The role requires consistent accuracy, focus, and adherence to processes, and may involve repetitive tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to repeatedly move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts.
- Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment.
- Complete transactions according to established procedures and compliance standards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere strictly to security protocols and internal controls.
- Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
