About The Position

Entrusted is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and strengthen mitigation operations at its Tampa branch, which is in its second year. The role focuses on refining processes, developing a high-performing field team, and driving profitability while ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and as promised to clients. The position is suited to an emerging leader who will help an established branch advance to its next stage of growth.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred, ideally in field services, operations, or another fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and execute mitigation processes in accordance with Entrusted’s operational standards.
• Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor job performance, timelines, and costs to meet revenue and gross profit goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements as the branch scales.
• Direct, coach, and develop field team members, and support hiring and onboarding as the team grows.
• Build an engaged, accountable team culture aligned with Entrusted’s core values.
• Ensure consistent satisfaction among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
