The Operations Manager will be responsible for directing, mentoring, training, and coaching direct reports. This role serves as the Designated Representative (DR) for the site and is responsible for preparing and maintaining the departmental budget. The Operations Manager will lead and/or assist with the planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of company initiatives, while also tracking and accounting for warehouse accuracy and productivity. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing measures to improve productivity and employee morale, frequently interacting with senior leadership and clients to meet company initiatives, and implementing special projects as assigned by Senior Management. The role also involves overseeing all after-hour events and potentially managing 24/7 emergency operations, serving as the Hazard Communication Program Administrator, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures, cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards. Collaboration with the Facility Management department is crucial to maintain a safe working environment. The Operations Manager will also negotiate and manage vendor contracts and promote a work environment focused on Safety, Regulatory compliance, and Client Focus.
