About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operational activities and ensure the organization runs efficiently, safely, and effectively. The role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement to support overall business goals. The Operations Manager directs warehouse functions, oversees inventory and staffing, manages budgets, monitors performance, and coordinates with cross-functional teams. Candidates must undergo and pass a background check.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of inventory management systems and shipping logistics systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must undergo and pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of logistics experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Analyze workflows and implement continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
• Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse operations, forecasting requirements and scheduling expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
• Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned.
