About The Position

The Operations Manager owns the day-to-day delivery of US production, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics through outsourced 3PL and co-manufacturing partners. It is a hands-on role and the main day-to-day point of accountability for partner relationships, multi-channel fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and financial controls. The position is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Latin America. It is full-time, with dedicated hours for team alignment and quality delivery. The role requires availability during US Eastern Time business hours and regular calls with an Australia-based team during the late US afternoon and evening.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in fulfilment, logistics, inventory, or production, including managing US operations with US-based 3PLs, co-manufacturers, domestic carriers, and US retail and Amazon requirements.

  • At least 2 to 3 years at manager level as the main day-to-day owner of a co-manufacturer relationship, including production scheduling, packaging, quality checks, and corrective actions.
  • Evidence of independent ownership, such as leading a partner transition or turnaround, accountability for KPIs, recovering disputes or credits, or escalating issues with recommendations.
  • Confidence using Cin7 or a comparable inventory system, Shopify, and 3PL warehouse management systems.
  • Multi-channel fulfilment experience across DTC, wholesale, Amazon, and US retail, including routing guides, BOL, ASN, and EDI.
  • Strong reconciliation and reporting skills and excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English.
