The Sheraton or Eatontown is seeking an Operations Manager to join our award-winning team. The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time as needed

- Juggle a wide range of demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Pitch in and help co-workers to support all departments as needed
- Be proactive when dealing with guest concerns and closely monitor guest feedback
