About The Position
This role involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. The Operations Manager models exceptional customer service, assists in driving financial performance, and coordinates job-related activities. They are responsible for supervising and developing associates, ensuring compliance with company policies, and upholding company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
