About The Position

MaidPro is a locally owned residential cleaning company serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The Operations Manager will take ownership of the Miami and Broward branches, with substantial autonomy and decision-making authority over recruiting, scheduling, and daily operations. The role is responsible for growing the branches through increased staffing and bookings, stronger retention, and a team structure that can scale. The position involves travel between Miami-Dade and Broward.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience managing people, ideally across more than one location.
• A track record of consistently holding a team accountable.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with operational and basic financial metrics.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting, hiring, and retention for both branches.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, dispatch, quality control, and customer service.
• Directly supervise the Miami and Broward teams and hold them accountable to attendance, consistency, and performance standards.
• Update standard operating procedures for recruiting, training, and quality control to support consistent and scalable operations.
• Manage and grow the current team, and add trainers and supervisors as needed to support growth.
