About The Position

We are seeking an experienced dental office leader to oversee daily practice operations and strengthen team engagement, performance, and growth. The Operations Manager will support the owner doctors, address operational challenges, and create structure, consistency, and a culture of excellence. The role focuses on leading and developing the team, improving practice performance, and helping deliver outstanding patient care.

Requirements

At least 2 years of dental management experience.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing successful teams.
Strong understanding of dental practice operations, scheduling, treatment planning, and patient experience.
Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to inspire teams during periods of growth and change.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to execute and follow through.
Strong business acumen and understanding of practice performance metrics.

Recruit, train, mentor, and retain team members.
