About The Position
SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence company that uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. It operates a parking network with more than 23,000 employees at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe. The Operations Manager oversees parking operations in Cleveland, Ohio, with responsibility for client service, staffing, facility procedures, financial performance, maintenance, claims, and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse group of team members.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experience and client satisfaction, including finding unique ways to solve problems.
- Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
- Experience using computer applications and systems such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn internal computer programs.
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.

- Prior experience developing budgets and reviewing profit and loss (P&L).
Responsibilities
- Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, and communicate proactively with clients about operational improvements.
- Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team.
- Determine staffing levels needed to complete duties, provide a superior customer experience, and perform daily functions.
- Ensure compliance with parking, security, and cash-control procedures.
- Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash-control procedures, expense reviews, and budget management.
- Identify procurement and vendor-service needs for the location.
- Perform general accounting duties, including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
- Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and review damage claims.
- Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve operational safety and prevent similar claims from occurring again.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
