About The Position

Entrusted is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and strengthen the mitigation operation at its Jacksonville branch. The manager will refine processes, develop a high-performing field team, and drive profitability while ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and as promised to clients. The role is suited to an emerging leader helping an established branch continue to grow.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience, ideally in field services, operations, or another fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Strengthen and execute mitigation processes consistent with Entrusted’s operational standards.
Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Monitor job performance, timelines, and costs to meet revenue and gross profit goals.
Identify and implement process improvements as the branch scales.
Direct, coach, and develop field team members, and support hiring and onboarding as the team grows.
Build an engaged, accountable team culture aligned with Entrusted’s core values.
Ensure consistent satisfaction among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
