Operations Manager (Non-Complex)
About The Position
The Operations Manager (Non-Complex) role involves initiating and directing community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing supervision and development for associates, and driving the financial performance of the facility. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to company values. The Operations Manager will coordinate and complete job-related activities, build relationships with stakeholders, and promote a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. They will also act with integrity, serve customers by putting them first, and strive for excellence by embracing new technologies and learning from mistakes. Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

- Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.

- Assists store manager in driving the financial performance of the Facility.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
