Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in contract dining.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen and cafeteria operations.
• Solid knowledge of guest and client relations.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Restaurant management knowledge.
• Knowledge of menu implementation.
• Catering experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an institutional dining setting such as a hospital, school, or university.
• Front-of-house and back-of-house leadership experience in contract dining, including hospital, school, college, senior living, or corporate dining accounts.
