Dining Services Operations Manager
About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is seeking a polished, professional, hands-on Operations Manager with a strong attitude and a passion for food and service. The role is based in a busy commercial kitchen and café operations setting, with front-of-house and back-of-house leadership experience desired, particularly in contract dining environments such as hospitals, schools, colleges, senior living, or corporate dining accounts. The position offers potential for growth and the tools and platform to develop into a General Manager. The manager will lead in a values-driven, family-oriented company focused on restaurant-inspired hospitality and quality service. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in contract dining.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
- Solid knowledge of kitchen and cafeteria operations.
- Solid knowledge of guest and client relations.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant management.
- Knowledge of menu implementation.
- Catering experience.
- Front-of-house and back-of-house leadership experience is desired.
