About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager for Dining Services at St. Luke's Upper Bucks in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The position encompasses patient dining service and hospital café operations in a busy commercial kitchen and café setting. The company seeks a polished, professional manager with a positive attitude and a passion for food and service. Experience in institutional dining, such as a hospital, school, or university, is desired, as is front-of-house and back-of-house leadership experience in contract dining. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in contract dining.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Solid knowledge of kitchen and cafeteria operations.
- Solid knowledge of guest and client relations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant management.
- Knowledge of menu implementation.
- Catering experience.
