About The Position
GoBolt is seeking an Operations Manager for its Buena Park, California site. The role oversees warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction, safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Operations Manager leads site employees, manages client relationships, budgets, inventory, and delivery coordination, and uses performance data to guide improvements and report results to senior management. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with weekend flexibility during busy seasons. The position is based at 5620 Knott Avenue in Buena Park. Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a warehouse setting, including the ability to execute management directives during high-volume periods.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- High degree of technological literacy, including familiarity with applications and systems related to business functions.
- Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interface with large enterprise clients.
- Experience leading end-to-end performance management cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude and decision-making ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Ensure operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with company standards.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative personnel.
- Provide employees with direction, feedback, and support; conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Maintain client relationships and address issues or concerns promptly.
- Meet or exceed service level agreements and use customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage the site budget; monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify cost-reduction and operational-efficiency opportunities.
- Coordinate with other GoBolt sites and the central logistics team to optimize goods and information flows.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee delivery scheduling and routing.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives; stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve business performance.
- Prepare reports on operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics; analyze results and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
