About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is an entry point to a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. The position is intended for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to develop leadership skills. Through a 16-week training experience, the employee builds operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, with the goal of preparing to step into an Operations Lead role and a stated path toward Assistant General Manager. The OLIT works closely with an experienced General Manager, learning through hands-on operational experience, training, and mentorship. The role involves delivering a strong customer experience, helping lead daily operations, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and contributing to a cooperative team environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
