About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to develop hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the trainee learns to lead daily operations, deliver an excellent customer experience, promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and support teamwork. The program prepares the trainee to step into the Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
• Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
• Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Work effectively in a team environment built on trust, accountability, and shared success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience in keeping with Mister Car Wash’s service standards.
• Help lead daily operations, balancing speed, quality, and teamwork.
• Promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Use each shift as an opportunity to learn and develop leadership confidence.
• Build trust, support teammates, and contribute to shared team success.
• Complete the 16-week training program in preparation for the Operations Lead role.
