About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to develop hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the trainee learns to deliver excellent customer experiences, lead daily operations, promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and build confidence and business acumen. Successful training prepares the employee to move into the Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
• Lead by example, take ownership, and maintain high standards.
• Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrive in a team environment based on trust, accountability, and shared success.
• Adapt quickly, stay curious, and be interested in beginning a leadership career.
