About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to launch a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. The position develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. The OLIT works closely with an experienced General Manager and receives real-world experience, training, and mentorship to prepare to step into the Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.

The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, leading daily operations, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and working collaboratively with the team. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-hire background check and Motor Vehicle Records check, if applicable.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
