About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a launchpad for a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. Over a focused 16-week training experience, the employee develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the trainee learns to lead daily operations, provide excellent customer experiences, promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and support a collaborative team. Training is intended to build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to move into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven leadership experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
