About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to develop hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the trainee learns to lead daily operations, provide an excellent customer experience, promote products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships, and support teamwork. The training builds the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to move into an Operations Lead role, with a stated path toward Assistant General Manager.

Requirements

• At least one year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
• Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
• Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrive in team environments built on trust, accountability, and shared success.
