About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to launch a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. The position develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced customer service environment. The trainee works closely with an experienced General Manager and builds the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to move into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
• Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
• Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrive in team environments built on trust, accountability, and shared success.
