Operations Lead in Training
About The Position
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a launchpad for a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. Over a focused 16-week training experience, the employee develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. The role works closely with an experienced General Manager and prepares the employee to step into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager. The position focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading daily operations, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and learning through each shift. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- A positive approach to working with people.
- Ability to lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
- Motivation and goal orientation, including when work pace increases.
- Ability to thrive in team environments based on trust, accountability, and shared success.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and interest in beginning a leadership career.
Nice To Haves
