About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program that prepares candidates for a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the trainee develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, with the goal of moving into an Operations Lead role and a potential path toward Assistant General Manager. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. It involves delivering a strong customer experience, supporting daily operations, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and building confidence, judgment, and business acumen through hands-on training and mentorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven leadership experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.

Responsibilities

Deliver a positive customer experience in keeping with Mister Car Wash’s service standards.
