About The Position
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) is a 16-week training program designed to launch a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to develop operational and foundational leadership skills. The trainee works closely with an experienced General Manager and builds the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager. Mister Car Wash describes itself as the largest and most dynamic car wash brand in the country, focused on innovative technology, customer experience, and a people-first culture. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-hire background check and, if applicable, a Motor Vehicle Records check. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily operations, helping the team balance speed, quality, and teamwork.
- Promote company products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships while developing sales and leadership skills.
- Approach new challenges with curiosity and use each shift as an opportunity to learn and build leadership confidence.
- Build trust, support teammates, and work collaboratively toward shared success.
- Complete the 16-week training experience and prepare to move into an Operations Lead role.
