About The Position
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to launch a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. The role provides hands-on operational experience and foundational leadership development in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. The trainee works closely with an experienced General Manager and builds the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to move into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager. The position focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, leading daily operations, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and working collaboratively with the team. Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
- Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
- Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively in team environments grounded in trust, accountability, and shared success.
- Adapt quickly, stay curious, and be excited to begin a leadership career.
