Operations Lead in Training, EX
About The Position
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a launchpad for a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. In a focused 16-week training experience, the employee builds hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the OLIT learns to lead daily operations, deliver an excellent customer experience, promote products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships, and support effective teamwork. The training is intended to prepare the employee to move into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
- Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
- Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Thrive in team environments based on trust, accountability, and shared success.
- Adapt quickly, stay curious, and be interested in beginning a leadership career.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through Mister Car Wash’s service standards.
- Lead daily operations, helping the team balance speed, quality, and teamwork.
- Promote products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
- Learn from each shift and develop leadership confidence and judgment.
- Build trust, support teammates, and contribute to shared team success.
- Work closely with an experienced General Manager during training.
