About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to prepare candidates for a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the trainee develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced customer service environment. The program builds the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
• Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
• Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrive in team environments characterized by trust, accountability, and shared success.
