About The Position
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program that develops operational skills and foundational leadership abilities for a career at Mister Car Wash. The position works closely with an experienced General Manager and prepares the employee to step into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is beginning a leadership career.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
- Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
- Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
