Operations Lead in Training
About The Position
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities as a launchpad for a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the trainee learns to lead daily operations, provide an excellent customer experience, promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and support a collaborative team. Successful completion of the training is intended to prepare the trainee to step into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven leadership experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to lead by example, take ownership, and maintain high standards.
- Motivation and goal orientation in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment built on trust, accountability, and shared success.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and interest in beginning a leadership career.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service and/or sales experience.
