Operations Lead in Training
About The Position
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program and starting point for a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. The role develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced customer service environment, working closely with an experienced General Manager. Training is intended to prepare the employee to move into the Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-hire background check and, if applicable, a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
- Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
- Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
